Our Project Manager is involved in the custom initial design and technical proposal, then oversees your project from the kick-off meeting to successful installation. He plans, coordinates, and manages all phases, ensuring the delivered technology and services meet customer requirements. Project durations vary: short for less complex tasks, medium (several months), or long-term (up to 2 years) for projects with long manufacturing lead times and complex implementation.

Each Consultech project is unique, requiring meticulous control of every technical aspect and specification (budget, planning, implementation, commissioning).
